There are 2 settings on this "CN' = Constant /  continuous (High Setting)

"BL" = Blinking / Pulsating (Low Setting)

Gently contact both spikes to skin.  It will give a tingling, prickly or bee sting sensation.

Needs; 2 AA Batteries (not included)
