Etsy item Returns; if you aren't completely satisfied with the quality, has a flaw or workmanship. If returned, item must be in clean / new *unwashed & not used* condition, within 5 days of receipt. Shipping is buyers responsibility for both return item & new replacement item. Buyer is responsible for a 15% restocking fee. If this is an item out of stock and getting more, will let you know and ETA of replacement.
If item is no longer available, then will offer shop credit minus restocking fee.
Wrong size T-shirt? I am willing to exchange up to a size XL. Buyer pays for shipping on both the returned item and new exchange item. Once I receive your item and all is fine with it, I will ship out the exchange.

CafePress has their own return policies. Most of the time you put in a complaint if not satisfied with item..... Then they will resend you a new item.
I personally have had an item exchanged. They resent a new one via CafePress. They are usually really good about it.
